At Zuki Nikkei, the tasting menu is a journey between forces. It does not follow a classic sequence, but rather a passage: from altitude to water, from fire, from silence to depth.

Each preparation is born from the territory and defined by technique. Nikkei cuisine here does not seek an obvious fusion, but balance, tension, and respect for the product.
