With a wide variety of standard and high-performance equipment and demos, in Valle, you’ll find your ideal set to enjoy the mountain to the fullest. Don’t forget to request your equipment when booking with the hotel.
Important Information
- More comfort! Don’t complicate your transfer, especially if you’re coming from outside the country. Avoid all the hassles and just worry about enjoying the snow.
- No scratches, dirt, or wetting your car.
- More space, so you and your family can comfortably head to the snow.
- You don’t have to worry about a thing! All equipment in Valle Nevado is ready to use.
- Find your ideal gear. Our Ski Rental Staff will recommend the perfect equipment for you considering your level, physical condition, and the snowfall. And if it doesn’t suit you, you don’t like it, or you just want to switch from Ski to Snowboard or vice versa, you can change it without any problems.

- At Valle Nevado Ski Rental, we have the latest models and technology in mountain equipment. Renting your gear at Valle Nevado is much easier, more comfortable, and flexible. Forget about tools or adjustments; we take care of everything!
- Do you rent helmets? Yes, our Rental offers helmets for all ages. Helmets are mandatory for children under 12 enrolled in Ski or Snowboard classes. Helmets can also be purchased at Valle Nevado Store.
- Can I only rent Ski or Snowboard boots? Yes, our Rental has standard-level Ski and Snowboard boots available. If you only need boots, remember to bring your skis to adjust the binding correctly.
- Can I rent snow clothing? Yes, you can rent boots, jackets, pants, and accessories at our RENTAL WEAR. Other undergarments and winter clothing are always available at our Valle Nevado Store in Plaza la Góndola and Boulevard del Sol.
- Can I rent my equipment and/or clothes at one Rental and return it at another? No, this is not possible. By doing so, even if the Rental Equipment receives it, you risk your deposit being charged.
- Can I change the rented Ski equipment for Snowboard equipment or vice versa? Yes, you can change your skis for a snowboard or your snowboard for skis as long as there is availability. You can also upgrade your equipment by paying the difference in the rate.
- Can I reserve specific equipment or a demo? No, it is not possible to reserve Ski or Snowboard equipment, and they are always subject to availability.
- What do I do with my skis at the end of the day if I’m going to ski the next day? If you are staying at one of our hotels, you can leave your equipment in the Ski Rooms available in each of them; the same applies to the Valle Nevado condos. If you are not staying at Valle Nevado hotels or their condos, the care and storage of the equipment are the responsibility of the renter.
- How long does it take to rent Ski or Snowboard equipment? We recommend arriving at the Ski Rental at least an hour before hitting the slopes or your class time.
- Do you offer Rental + Day Ticket service? Yes, one of our most popular products. You can check details and price at the following link: ADD LINK
- Does the Ski rental offer any discounts? Yes, AMERICAS PASS holders receive a 25% discount; and paying with a Mastercard gives you a 25% discount. Discounts are not cumulative or redeemable for cash.
- Are there demo equipments for children? No, we do not have high-end equipment for children.
- When do I need to pay for my Rental equipment(s)? Full payment is required at the time of renting equipment.
- What if I can’t decide how many days I will need equipment? If you did not rent for multiple days, you must return the equipment at the end of the day and come back the next day you want to rent. You must decide how many days you will rent equipment and then inform the Rental team when you return the equipment, and they will accommodate your request based on availability. No discounts will apply.
- When should I return my Ski or Snowboard equipment? If you rented equipment for one day, please return it at the end of the day. If you rented for 2 or more days, please return it at the end of the last day.
- What happens if I return my equipment early? If you return the equipment early, there will be no partial or total refunds. This also does not apply to wind, weather, or snow conditions.
