Participation in each contest implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

General conditions

• To participate, each user must correctly comply with the mechanics indicated in the official post of the corresponding contest.
• Only entries submitted within the period informed for each contest will be considered valid.
• The participant’s account must be public at the time of review in order to verify compliance with the mechanics, including shared stories when applicable.
• Prizes cannot be exchanged for money, are non-transferable, and may not be exchanged for other products or services.
• Valle Nevado reserves the right to disqualify incomplete entries, fake accounts, offensive comments, profiles created exclusively for contests, or any conduct that affects the proper development of the activity.

• If the winner does not respond within 48 hours from the first contact, Valle Nevado may select a new winner.
