It is a single-day ticket with a fixed date that you choose at the time of purchase. It has limited availability, dynamic pricing, and the date cannot be modified after purchase. If you have any questions, write to us at valleplusonline@vallenevado.com. We will reply as soon as possible, within a maximum of 3 days.

The Flex (or Flexible) Ticket allows you to ski on any day of the Winter 2026 season, provided that Valle Nevado is operational and solely on the slopes designated for that day.

You can travel up and experience the snow for free. However, if you wish to ride the Gondola, you will need a ticket. Purchase it here.

We do not offer the option for trekking or randonnée during the winter, as it requires specific mountain safety protocols and conditions.

We have parking lots at Plaza la Góndola; we recommend arriving early to guarantee availability. We also have accessible parking spaces for people with reduced mobility at both Plaza la Góndola and the Hotel Platform.

If you have a ticket or season pass, you can use the courtesy shuttles to move between Plaza La Góndola and the Platform, allowing you to access all shops and restaurants in Valle Nevado.

A lift ticket is the pass that grants you access to use the ski lifts (chairlifts and gondola) within Valle Nevado. Its primary function is to transport you from the base to the resort’s various slopes so you can ski or snowboard during the day. The ticket is loaded onto the reloadable Valle Plus card. It is valid for one day, is personal, and is non-transferable.

A Season Pass is a membership that grants unlimited access to Valle Nevado’s lifts and slopes during the entire winter season, eliminating the need to purchase daily tickets each time you visit the resort. It is designed for those who ski or snowboard frequently and want to enjoy the mountain all season long with greater convenience and savings. It is loaded onto the Valle Plus card. It is a registered, non-transferable product, and different types are available depending on your needs: https://www.vallenevado.com/en/season-passes/

The Valle Plus Card is a reloadable chip card where you can load your lift tickets, season passes, and other ski access for Valle Nevado. You can purchase it for $6,000 CLP at any ticket office in the resort.

During the winter, carrying tire chains is mandatory and we recommend using them, primarily during snowfalls and the days immediately following them. Additionally, Carabineros de Chile requires them at their route checkpoints.

The interconnection benefit allows you to ski in both Valle Nevado and La Parva using a single pass or ticket.

Yes. Starting this season, all guests staying at the hotels (Valle Nevado, Puerta del Sol, and Tres Puntas) and at Aconcagua Ski Residences have the interconnection benefit between Valle Nevado and La Parva included in their tickets.

The crossing to La Parva is done from Cima Ancla in Valle Nevado, entering through the Tórtolas sector in La Parva. To return to Valle Nevado, you must take the operating hours of the lifts into account and plan your return before 4:00 PM. Before crossing, we recommend checking the Valle Nevado Mountain Report and the La Parva Mountain Report to find out the status of the interconnection, the lifts, and the mountain conditions.

Yes, it is possible to purchase the Valle Nevado and La Parva interconnection add-on. This product is available exclusively at our ticket offices and its price varies, so we recommend checking the current price directly at the time of purchase.

Intermediate – advanced.

This benefit is subject to weather, operational, and safety conditions. We always suggest checking the Valle Nevado Mountain Report and the La Parva Mountain Report.

It operates during the same hours as the slopes, but you must plan your return from La Parva before 4:00 PM.

It is the sole responsibility of the user to plan their route and skiing schedule to ensure they can return to Valle Nevado before the designated lifts close. In the event that you fail to do so, Valle Nevado is not responsible for transportation or any associated costs.
