CONTEST TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. This contest is organized by Valle Nevado.
2. The contest will be valid from March 17 to April 29, 2025, at 11:59 PM.
3. All individuals over 18 years of age who enter the contest landing page and correctly complete the form with their personal data may participate. Participation is free and without any purchase obligation.
4. A stay for two (2) people for two (2) nights at Hotel Puerta del Sol will be raffled. The prize includes accommodation, breakfast and dinner, as well as access tickets to the hotel. It does not include transfers, flights, beverages, or tips.
5. The winner will be selected through a random drawing that will take place on April 30, 2025. The winner’s name will be published on the Organizer’s website and on their official social media.
6. The winner will be notified via the email or telephone provided in the participation form. If there is no response within 5 business days, a new winner will be selected.
7. Participants authorize the Organizer to use their personal data for purposes related to the contest and for future commercial communications, in accordance with current data protection regulations.
8. The Organizer will not be responsible for any additional expenses incurred by the winner, nor for issues beyond their control that may affect the availability of the prize.
9. The Organizer reserves the right to modify the terms or cancel the contest for justified reasons, communicating it in a timely manner to the participants.
10. Participation in the contest implies total acceptance of these terms and conditions.
