Valle Nevado continue working to make your 2010 season an unforgettable experience.

Since December, we have been preparing what will be one of the great novelties this year: two new lifts reaching five new slopes differing in difficulty (blue and red). The entire family will now be able to enjoy the excellent quality of our snow even more.

One of the lifts is a double chairlift that will be located in the Ballica sector and the other is a T-bar lift that will climb to the highest part of the mountain in Valle del Inca, opening into a back bowl where the slopes are of incomparable beauty and location.

Both lifts will be in operation from the first day of the 2010 season and each can carry as many as 1,300 people per hour.

This is just one example of the investments and projects that we have conceived to make Valle Nevado the most important winter resort in South America. Our real estate development is also progressing at great strides. We have already begun to build Valle de Cóndores II and we are about to start remodeling Hotel Valle Nevado, which will undoubtedly paint a new face on our winter resort.

Because Valle Nevado is not just snow, this summer we wanted to hold several championships in the company of our guests and at the same time support extreme water sports.

Our summer circuit began with the Carlos Chicharro Water Ski Cup, followed by the Mall Sport Final Flow Tour, and more recently, the La Serena Classic Surf Championship.

Last weekend our team was at the Pro Surf championship in Reñaca, and soon we will be at kite surf, surf and Punta de Lobos ceremonial tournaments to be held between April and May.
