A Mountain Village in the Andes
Beginning in 2010, Valle Nevado launches its grand Master Development Plan, which will eventually create a mountain village at the resort’s base that will include condominiums and shops.
CURVE 17
In 2010, Valle Nevado will open a new parking lot for day visitors with space for 350 vehicles at Curve 17, which is located before arriving at the resort’s hotel complex. In 2011, Valle Nevado will add a ticket booth, ski school booth, restaurant, shops and ski rental, as well as South America’s first gondola, which will take day visitors straight up to the Bajo Zero restaurant mid-mountain.
REAL ESTATE
Valle Nevado’s Master Plan 2022 will feature a total of 19 condominiums spread around approximately 262,465 square feet. The first two condominiums, Condor I and II, have been a complete success, and both buildings form the pillar of what will eventually develop into a true mountain village high in the Andes.
DOMAIN
New lifts and new runs will allow the resort to expand more than 330 hectares, further establishing Valle Nevado as offering the largest skiable domain in South America.
