New parking lots and services for day visitors nearly completed

In an effort to provide Valle Nevado’s guests with additional and improved services, the resort has undertaken an ambitious Master Plan that will see the future development of a mountain village at the base of the resort.

Valle Nevado’s Master Development Plan is advancing with leaps and bounds during the first phase toward the creation of a future mountain village. The new parking lot at “Curva 17″ below the ski resort will have space for 800 vehicles, ticket booths, ski school and rental center, restaurants and other general services. In 2012, Valle Nevado will install a gondola, the only one of its kind in Chile, from the base of the resort that will carry skiers to the mid-mountain area.

Valle Blanco and Cerro Pintor Condominiums Begin Construction

Continuing plans to expand its property development and offer a larger and better infrastructure for guests, Valle Nevado will begin construction in January 2011 on its new condominium buildings Valle Blanco and Cerro Pintor. The newest property, Valle de Condores II, will be ready for owners for the 2011 season.

Valle Nevado will begin construction on its newest properties, Valle Blanco and Cerro Pintor, in January 2011, with a completion date for the 2012 season. Valle de Condores II is in its final phase, which will allow new owners to enjoy their properties for the 2011 season. Valle Nevado has plans to develop 19 buildings across a 80,000 square meter area as part of its Master Development Plan that will see the creation of a mountain village at the base of the resort.
