We recently inaugurated a complete dissemination center for all those that want to know more about our exclusive real-estate development project, which we have designated as the Master Plan. The new 30 m2 office has a scale mock up of the Master Plan, 3D photographs of the project and specialized staff to advise and assist you. This new dissemination space also has the sales office for our new project, Valle Blanco. Let’s continue growing together!

It’s now over 32 families that these past two weeks have been enjoying the comfortable and exclusive apartments that comprise our new Valle de Condores I Project, which is part of Valle Nevado’s real estate development Master Plan. These 53 apartments have all the comforts for family enjoyment, in addition to storage rooms, covered parking places, central heating and thermo panel windows, among many others. The project turned out to be a total sales success, with 45 apartments already delivered. The construction of the second building has therefore already commenced, so as to incorporate new snow fans in the best location in the Andes Mountains.

If you are lucky and can come to ski from Monday to Friday, we have excellent news for you. Valle Nevado thought of you and we are offering 2X1 tickets for women each Monday. On Tuesdays and Wednesdays we are presenting the Black Ticket at a price of CH$12,000 during the off season and CH$16.000 during the peak season. On Thursdays, Entel’s 2X1 returns and for Fridays we have the 3X2 so that you can come with your 2 best friends, and one gets to ski for free! These promotions are to available on those days indicate above, except during the weeks extending from July 10 through 25.

The Season has begun, and in what way! We already have an average of 50 centimeters of groomed snow on our runs, ready to be enjoyed with family and friends. Most of our runs already have excellent packed snow, for easy skiing. Likewise, our three runs were we have artificial snow are in good condition, with ideal powder snow for ski lovers and those that want to learn to practice this beautiful sport.

What better than to begin these lines by welcoming our favorite sport’s 2010 Season. As always, we have everything ready and prepared to welcome you with the best snow in South America and with all the activities that we have prepared to make this winter another unforgettable experience in Valle Nevado.

With the Director of Sernatur we gave the official go-ahead for the winter season in Valle Nevado a few days back. Our facilities were chosen this year for this kick-off event that marks the beginning of the months of snow and ski that we enjoy so much. These days we have received hundreds of families and groups of friends that have come seeking entertainment and the ideal place to practice sports.

As always, we await them with the best mountain restaurants to recharge batteries in the midst of the cold and majestic scenery provided by our Andes Mountains. We have increased the number of runs and lifts to ensure a unique experience in terms of landscapes and infrastructure. We enjoy skiing as much as you do, and that is why we work each day to always offer you the best.

The time has come to put on our skis and bring out our snowboards.
