VALLE DE CóNDORES I
Valle de Condores One & Two were recently inaugurated at Valle Nevado, and both are located on the south side of the parking area, just a one-minute walk from the slopes and the resort center. The apartment buildings are also next to the Hotel Tres Puntas.
Both the Condores I & II apartments feature studios, 1, 2, or 3 bedrooms, and range from 26 to 80 square meters in size. Condores I has a total of 53 units, the Condores II has 63 apartments. Two- and three-bedroom units come with two bathrooms, and a full kitchen.
In public spaces, both Condores buildings offer a Jacuzzi, sauna, and stationary bicycle and treadmill.

Notes:
Value Season is June 10 to 23 and from September 2 to October 2. There is no minimum amount of nights required during this period, with the exception of Sept. 2 to 8, which features Value Season rates but with a Friday to Friday, weeklong requirement.
Regular Season is June 24 to July 7 and July 20 to Sept. 2. Seven-night, Friday to Friday stays, and Mini-week 3- and 4-night stays (arriving or leaving on a Friday or Tuesday) are required during this season.
Holiday Season is July 8 to 28, and 7-night, Friday to Friday stays are required during this season.
